If you are looking to have your listings professionally photographed either at no cost or low cost, you may consider getting a photo session from one of our apprentices in the Advanced Matterport Virtual Tour & Real Estate Photography Course.

Our apprentices in the Vtour courses are not beginner students just getting started. They are actually professionals who are furthering their career by learning new technologies with Wide Angle Real Estate Photography as well as 3D Virtual Tours. Prerequisites include HTML 4 Coding, Certificate in Photography.

If chosen, your will receive professional looking real estate photography / Virtual tours with all the bells and whistles for hundreds and even thousands less than you would if you contracted with a company.

GETTING STARTED

Your photographer will interview you in order to get a feel for the house you would like photographed. If both you and The Design Institute are comfortable that we can fulfill your requests, we will accept your project.

Our process is straight forward. We will provide the photography services at no cost to you. You may also indicate if you would like virtual tour services at that time.

The live projects we provide for our photographers in any given session need to be a combination of smaller, tight-space homes as well as larger homes with sprawling floor plans.

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

Your company must work within the current industry (see top of page for industry).
You cannot be involved in any business deemed unethical. (paraphernalia, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, etc)
You grant us permission to post the photography or Vtours on our servers. You will be given 3 months to move them to your own hosting facility / website upon completion.
You agree that the photographer can use your site for his or her portfolio, and you may also provide a testimonial.
